Cancellation and Refund Policy

We operate with a made-to-ship model, ensuring each piece is prepared with care. As such, cancellations and refunds are limited and considered only under specific conditions.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@wozte.com with your order ID.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds are only issued for the following reasons:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or a replacement. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

Items purchased during sales, drops, or limited collections

Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery
All returns must be approved via email before shipping anything back to us.
