Cancellation and Refund Policy

We operate with a made-to-ship model, ensuring each piece is prepared with care. As such, cancellations and refunds are limited and considered only under specific conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@wozte.com with your order ID.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are only issued for the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or a replacement. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

Non-returnable items

  • Products ordered in the wrong size (please refer to our size guide)

  • Items purchased during sales, drops, or limited collections

  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery

All returns must be approved via email before shipping anything back to us.
