Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours, depending on stock availability and payment confirmation. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled, so please verify all details before checkout.

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders are shipped from our main warehouse.

You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam folder.

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or by check. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Payment is collected at checkout, and pre-orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once tracking confirms delivery, Wozte is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All shipping risks after dispatch are handled by the courier.
